Established in 1998 and primarily working within the civil tunnelling/shaft sinking sectors, we swiftly moved into the general civil engineering and rail sectors and built up a reputation as a specialist contractor providing 100% customer satisfaction, excellent service and value for money.

The company operates throughout the United Kingdom in the following specialist sectors; Structural Repairs including – Steel work repairs, fabrication, masonry repairs, drilling & grouting, concrete repairs, ground & structural stabilisation i.e. Tie Bar through anchors, soil nails and lost head anchors, on site abrasive blast cleaning and repainting using airless and conventional methods and general civil engineering construction.

Our portfolio of completed work for clients such as Birse Rail, GallifordTry, Edmund Nuttall, Ringway Construction, Amalgamated Construction (AMCO) and C Spencer Ltd has sustained and improved our reputation as a ‘Specialist Contractor’.

In addition to our current and ongoing client portfolio we was successful in award of the Contractors Assurance Case (CAC), this allows APB to continue to move forward with Direct Works for Network Rail.

APB currently holds the following accreditations –
BS EN ISO 9001 – 2000, Link Up, CAC, CHAS, CSCS – Gold Standard
