Southern Contracting Services Limited, a privately owned, independant company, was formed in June 1997.

The company was set up, principally, to offer surface preparation and high performance coatings to industry. Since the Company’s formation the development of its employee and management skills has enabled us to bring considerable expertise to all projects delivering high quality workmanship at all levels. This has become a hallmark of SCS Limited and consequently, we have benefited from much repeat business with clients. This policy has enabled SCS Ltd to develop with sustained growth and to enter into partnership with clients on numerous high profile projects.

Continually researching the industry we endeavour to develop on existing services ensuring efficiency on all contracts. This has resulted in the formation of the Building Maintenance Division.

Our clients include Transco, BP Oil, Environment Agency, Councils and local authorities for bridges and structures, pharmaceutical companies, food industry and formula racing teams.
