Pro-Tech CP Ltd: Professional & Technical CP SERVICES to Consultants, Contractors and End-Users.

PIPELINES, STORAGE TANKS, MARINE STRUCTURES, PILING SYTEMS, POWER PLANTS, PETROCHEMICAL INSTALLATIONS.

The Company provides Independent Specialist Cathodic Protection (CP) Engineering Services. The Principal Engineer has 30 years experience in the home and international markets and has first hand practical knowledge of specialist CP systems, equipment and installations. He has a wide experience of system design, equipment manufacture, material inspection, site installations, testing, commissioning and maintenance. He also has significant project engineering and contract management skills and is both technically and commercial astute.

The Company prides itself in being able to provide a high quality responsive and personal service to Consulting Engineers, Main Contractors and End-Users alike.

For Consultants - Specialising in up-front design assistance, providing all the necessary assessment reviews and site services to establish the need (or not) to apply Cathodic Protection to a given structure. Where CP is deemed necessary (or pre-specified) a diversity of services are provided: preparation of full design packages and material specifications for tender documentation, in-house supervision / project management or witnessing of installation works, witnessing of system commissioning, preparation / review of final documentation.

For Contractors – Provision of expert in-house assistance (on a contract basis) for installation work, enabling contractors to install full CP Systems themselves without the need for sub-contracting outside companies for either specialist installation work or commissioning activities.

For End-Users – Execution of independent system performance audits, determination of realistic and practical solutions for system up-grades and repairs, implementation of essential maintenance programmes including full repair and reporting services. In addition to the principal engineer being an experienced CP Specialist he is also a qualified Electrical Engineer and is therefore able to ‘fault find’ and repair electrical equipment on site, including transformer rectifiers, where other contracting companies may only be able offer more expensive renewal options.
