Correx

Correx Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Institute of Corrosion (ICorr) and was registered in 2003 to organise the activities on a commercial basis of the Institute of Corrosion.

Correx Limited is run by an independent Board of Directors, with a mixture of Officers from the Institute of Corrosion, but is strengthened by outside Directors, with experience of commercial activities in various business organisations.

The main activity currently being run by Correx Limited is the marketing, administration and organising of the ICATS Scheme.

In addition to the ICATS initiative, Correx Limited is also re-launching the Correx Exhibition and Conference, which was commercially successful for the Institute of Corrosion during the 1980's and 1990's.

The first of these re-launched major National Exhibitions will be in 2009 at Birmingham in conjunction with Surface World.
