How to Apply
In keeping with all professional bodies the Institute is keen to encourage younger members – download the application form below and return your completed application to head office.
To qualify for the ICorr student membership rate and benefits, you must:
1. Show proof (e.g. course schedule and student ID) of enrolment as a full-time student at an approved science or engineering based study programme.
2. Submit proof of student eligibility on an annual basis for at renewal. (Seven years is the maximum length of time an individual may retain student status.)
Bone-fide full-time students are eligible for ICorr membership at no cost.
JANUARY - MARCH APPLICATIONS:Applications submitted between 1st January and 31st March (ie. in the second half of the subscription year) need submit only half the annual rate plus the full Registration fee of £15 (ie. £47 for Members or £10.50 for Students). Applications during April, May and June will be treated as being made on 1st July.
PAYMENTS: Applicants are requested to make payment ONLY in £GB. If you would like to pay in Euro’s please contact ICorr Head Office. Payment may also be made by credit card for £GB only in which case a surcharge of £3 per payment is made to cover substantial increases in bank charges. Overseas members who wish to receive the Institute's journal Corrosion Management by air mail should add £20 to their subscription payment.
