The Institute’s scheme, which continues to be one of the fastest-growing personal training and certification schemes in the world, recently awarded its 2000th Achievement Certificate.
The certificate was awarded to Hanafi Bin Omar. Hanafi attended the Institute’s five-day training course conducted at Terengganu, Malaysia and was successful in the subsequent examination.
The Institute’s Scheme provider Argyll-Ruane Ltd established an affiliation with the Terengganu Advanced Technological Institute University College some twelve years ago. Since that time, Painting Inspector and Pipeline Coating Inspector training courses and associated examinations have been held regularly at the venue under the joint-venture banner of Ruane-TATI SDN BHD.
Hanafi is seen centre picture receiving his certificate from Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Dr Abdul Latiff Bin Awang, TATiUC Chairman, whilst Mohd. Ali Mohamad, General Manager of Ruane-TATI looks on.
Mohd Ali Mohamad, in a message to Richard Green, the ICorr Scheme senior coatings tutor, said “Although we are used to our share of the scheme’s examination successes, we are delighted that it was one of our candidates who was successful at such a fortunate time. I know that Hanafi worked hard on the course and that he is appreciative of the training and recognition that the training scheme has given to him”
