Based in the North-East of England, Tees Valley Coatings offers state-of-the-art Blast Cleaning, Refurbishment and Specialist Coating, with no size or weight restrictions within our extensive facilities.

With a 42 metre purpose built blast cleaning and paint facility, utilising roll-in roll-out rail and riverside access, a 36mtr oven, metal spraying facilities and two fully enclosed Blast bays, we have experience of completing specialist coating services to the Rail, Heavy Plant, Marine, Petrochemical and Energy Industries.

We have three fully equipped painting bays, 2 with a 16M x 5M Oven capacity, and 1 with a 25m x 10m capacity; while our two fully equipped shot blasting facilities consist of one 12m x 5.5m and one of 16m x 10m purpose built blasting bays. We use biodegradable products, have an external floodlit wash area and a double deck steam bay, with a pit.
