According to the company, by acquiring INTEGRA, Flexitallic’s business will transform from a “Sealing Solutions” provider to a “Total Joint Integrity” provider. INTEGRA was formed over 30 years ago, and operates in Canada and the USA. The two businesses have a similar culture that is based on safety, quality, and exceeding client expectations.
